Shipping within Japan
Shipping within Japan is free. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Dispatch times
In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Out-of-stock items are accepted as preorders and made to order, and are shipped within 7–10 business days after order confirmation. When tracking information is available, we will email it to you after dispatch.

International shipping
We ship by Japan Post EMS to 27 eligible countries and regions. Delivery normally takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to weather, flight schedules, customs clearance, or other circumstances.

International shipping rates
The chargeable weight for international shipping is the product's actual weight plus 0.5 kg for packaging. The result is rounded up to the next weight tier, and Japan Post EMS Zone 4 (United States) rates are applied uniformly to every eligible country and region.

Up to 2 kg: JPY 7,900
Up to 4 kg: JPY 12,700
Up to 6 kg: JPY 17,500
Up to 8 kg: JPY 22,300
Up to 10 kg: JPY 27,100
Up to 12 kg: JPY 31,900

The final shipping charge is shown at checkout. For orders over 12 kg, please contact info@createbetter.co.jp before placing your order.

Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other government charges incurred at the destination are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.

Important shipping information
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, extended absence, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, you may be responsible for the actual cost of reshipping.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please email info@createbetter.co.jp within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs clearly showing the item's condition.
