Additional charges: Shipping within Japan is free. For international shipments, 0.5 kg is added to the product's actual weight for packaging, and the total is rounded up to the next 2 kg, 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg, or 12 kg weight tier. Japan Post EMS Zone 4 (United States) rates, ranging from JPY 7,900 to JPY 31,900, are applied uniformly to the 27 eligible countries and regions. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges incurred outside Japan are the customer's responsibility.
Payment methods and timing: You may use the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed when your order is confirmed.
Delivery timing: In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Out-of-stock items are sold by preorder and made to order, and are shipped within 7–10 business days after order confirmation. International orders are sent by EMS and are normally delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment. We will contact you separately if delays occur due to weather, flight or carrier conditions, material availability, customs clearance, or other circumstances.
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges: Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours after an order is placed. Because production begins after that period, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us by email within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs showing the item's condition.
